AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Caster Sugar, Whipping Cream (22%) [Milk], Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Guar Gum), Water, Dark Chocolate (3%) (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Vodka (3%), Ice Chocolate (2%) (Sugar (39.5%), Cocoa Mass (32%), Cocoa Butter (23%), Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (2%) (Acidity Regulator: Potassium Carbonates), Coffee Essence (2%) (Sugar, Water, Chicory Extract, Dried Coffee Extract), White Wine Vinegar (Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite), Cocoa Powder (Acidity Regulator: Potassium Carbonate), Cocoa Nibs [Milk], Cornflour (Maize Starch), Vanilla Extract (Mono-Propylene Glycol, Vanilla Flavouring). Alcohol content is equivalent to 1.1% ABV.
