Perfect Recipe for the Beef & Red Wine Bolognese Sauce
Pasta Bolognese

Serves 2
A traditional slow-cooked Bolognese ready in about 8 minutes.
You'll need:
- 1x pot of Beef & Red Wine Bolognese Sauce
- 150g of pasta, preferably rigatoni
- Freshly grated parmesan
Method:
1. Pierce the top and pop it in the microwave or on the hob as per the cooking instructions.
2. Put a pan of boiling water on the hob with a generous pinch of salt.
3. Cook 150g of pasta in boiling salted water, we like rigatoni. Stir the hot Bolognese sauce through the pasta to coat it.
4. Serve with a generous sprinkling of freshly grated parmesan and, if you like, a little extra virgin olive oil.
5. Add a green salad and garlic bread on the side if you like.
Beef & Red Wine Bolognese Sauce
Perfect Recipe for the Tomato & Mascarpone Sauce
Tomato & Mascarpone Gnocchi Bake

Serves 2
Comfort food at its best.
You'll need:
- 1x pot of Tomato & Mascarpone Sauce
- 350g of fresh gnocchi
- A ball of mozzarella
Method
1. Whilst the oven is pre-heating to 200C/180C/Gas 6, cook the sauce as per instructions.
2. Cook the gnocchi for a couple of minutes in some salted boiling water. Drain and pour into a shallow baking dish then pour over the sauce and mix it all together.
3. Season with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
4. Tear over the mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is slightly brown and bubbling away.
5. Allow to cool for a minute before serving with a salad and some crusty bread to mop up any extra sauce.
Perfect Recipe for the Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Sauce
Cod Loins and New Potatoes in Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Sauce

Serves 4
A simple fish supper that’s super easy to make and perfect for an impromptu summer supper.
You'll need:
- 1x pot of Roasted Mediterranean Sauce
- 500g new potatoes (halving any of the larger ones)
- 4x cod loins
- Green salad or Tenderstem broccoli
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
2. Parboil 500g new potatoes (halving any of the larger ones).
3. Meanwhile, cook one pot of Roasted Mediterranean Sauce then pour it over the bottom of a roasting tray.
4. Place 4 cod loins on top of the sauce and arrange the parboiled potatoes around them.
5. Drizzle over some olive oil, season the fish with a little pepper and roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and the potatoes are starting to colour.
6. Serve with a green salad or some steamed Tenderstem broccoli.
Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Sauce
Perfect Recipe for the Pesto, Broccoli & Spinach Sauce
Chicken Breast Pesto Bake
Serves 4
A quick and easy midweek meal that’s perfect for kids and adults.
You'll need:
- 1x pot of Pesto, Broccoli and Spinach Sauce
- 4x skinless chicken breasts
- A ball of mozzarella
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1x small head of broccoli
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- New potatoes or roasted and either a salad or green veg.
Method:
1. Whilst you’re pre-heating the oven to 200C/180C/Gas 6, heat an oven proof pan on the hob with a splash of oil and gently brown both sides of the chicken breasts.
2. Cook the sauce as per pack instructions, give it a stir then add it to a shallow roasting tray and place the browned chicken breasts on top.
3. Scatter over a handful of cherry tomatoes and some broccoli florets.
4. Tear the mozzarella and throw over the chicken.
5. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with some new potatoes or roasted new potatoes and either a salad or green veg.
