How do I become a Friends & Family member?

Just ask at your local COOK shop – they’ll give you a card to keep in your purse or wallet to scan when you shop.

 

Does it cost anything to become a member?

No, it’s completely free.

 

What if I forget my card?

No problem, just tell us your name and postcode and we’ll search for your account.

 

What if I lose my card?

We can issue you with a new card at any time, just ask next time you’re at the shop.

 

Do I need to sign up for email to become a member?

No, but many of the rewards are shared via email (like the 10% welcome offer and birthday treats), so you’ll need to sign up to enjoy the full benefits of membership.

 

Can I sign up online?

No, it’s for those shopping in person. Online customers get a selection of different offers, but these are not linked to Friends & Family or any other members club.
