The Care Card entitles the holder to a 30% discount off purchases made at any COOK shop. Not valid at independent outlets selling COOK products. Discount does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers, discounted items or special offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher. The Care Card must be presented to a member of staff at the till to qualify for the discount, photocopies not accepted. The Care Card can only be used by the nominated shopper named on the card. No partial reimbursements on previous purchases. Discount is valid for 12 months, until the date shown on the voucher.
