Tell Me More

  • The venison comes from Ben Rigby Game, a family-run business with 40 years’ experience. For their venison, they work with The Royal Parks and The Forestry Commission to source wild deer from sustainable forests and managed estates.
  • The last word in luxurious comfort food, hand-prepared by the chefs in our Kitchen.
  • Cooks straight from frozen.

Try It With:

How We Make It

  • We slow cook the diced venison in red wine with cinnamon, ginger and crushed juniper berries.
  • Roasted mushrooms and chestnuts are added.
  • We stir through a dollop of redcurrant jelly and of cranberry sauce, as the sweetness really compliments to venison.
