If you don’t have a microwave…
For best results cook from frozen in the microwave, however if you do not have one, follow the instructions below.
- Defrost thoroughly, add 3tbsp of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, empty the contents of the bowl into the saucepan.
- Cook on a medium to high heat, covering your pan with a lid and stirring regularly for 6 mins until piping hot.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Defrost Instructions:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, peel back film and stir the top layer well. Place back the film and cook for a further 1 min & 30 secs. Once cooked remove the insert and mix with the sauce, stirring well. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
Extra Warnings:
Steam may be released when removing film lid and insert. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
