Try it with:
- Dill, lemon and black pepper crème fraiche. (blend it- it'll be a lovely green colour).
- A teaspoon of salmon caviar and a zest of lemon.
- For an added hit of horseradish, which goes ever so with salmon, half whip some double cream and fold in a good spoon full of hot horseradish, a zest and juice of lemon and smash a good dollop in top of each of the frittata.
