Tell Me More
- The rolled loin of pork – all the classic flavours of the English Hog Roast in a family-friendly size potion
- Comes with a sumptuous apple stuffing, made by hand in our Kitchen
- Perfect for those special suppers or a hearty Sunday lunch
Serving Ideas:
- This is great in a brioche bun with some apple sauce and a little salad. Remember the golden rule: everyone gets a bit of crackling!
- For a sparkling Sunday lunch, serve with roast potatoes, carrots, steamed seasonal greens, and some apple sauce on the side.
- Delicious sliced and served with a vibrant salad. We think it goes really well with our Rainbow Salad and its lemon and herb dressing.
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We make the stuffing by hand, using Bramley apples, onion, white wine vinegar, fennel, sage and thyme.
- The pork loin comes from one of our favourite suppliers, the higher-welfare farm Dingley Dell.
- We carefully roll the loin around the stuffing, ensuring there’s a good layer of skin for crackling, so it’s ready to be cooked at home.
