How We Make It
- We slice and roast the butternut squash and red onions until golden. Then we add a dressing and fold in some crumbled goats cheese and baby spinach.
- We add chopped pistachios and little bit of brown sugar, top with the butternut squash and finally completely cover it in all-butter puff pastry.
