How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We combine minced pork, smoked back bacon, sausagemeat, garlic, onion, cinnamon, black mustard seeds, dried cranberries and chestnuts in a ring.
- These are roasted together in the over.
- Finally, the lattice finish, when it’s individually wrapped in all-butter puff pastry.
