("the Terms") applicable to the Asian Feast prize competition ("the Competition") 

1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion. 

3. All entries, whether made on the Website, in store must be received by COOK by 11:59pm on Saturday 4th May 2013. 

4. Only one entry per household. No purchase necessary. 

5. COOK does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any liability, for lost, damaged or incomplete entries submitted in store or for any lost or incomplete Website entries or any technical fault or failed electronic data transmission. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of dispatch shall not be proof of entry. 

6. All prize-winners will be chosen at random. COOK reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim a prize. 

7. The prize will consist of consists of 4 x 2 portion meals from our COOK Asian range and 8 portions of rice. This food prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

8. The prize-winners will be notified by phone or email within three weeks of the Closing Date. 

9. There are up to 65 prizes to give away. All participating COOK shops will select a winner at random from entries submitted in their store and one additional winner will be randomly selected from all entries submitted online.  

10. Winners selected from in-store-entries are responsible for arranging collection from the store awarding their prize. 

11. If the winner selected from online entries lives within the catchment area of a local COOK shop then they are responsible for collecting their prize from said store. If the winner does not have a local COOK shop but does fall within the catchment area of our national delivery service, then COOK will contact the winner by phone or email to agree a suitable time to deliver. 

12. If a winner is unable or unwilling to collect their prize for any reason, COOK reserves the right to select another winner. 

13. If COOK is unable to make contact with any winner within 4 weeks of the prize draw, COOK reserves the right to select another winner. 

14. The name of any prize-winner may be used in publicity by COOK. 15. By entering the Competition, entrants agree that COOK may use their personal data for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, and that COOK may contact entrants (including by email) for such purposes. 

16. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
