Here at COOK we believe that all our customers deserve nutritious, great tasting meals, whether you’re a family, a working couple or enjoying your retirement we have something delicious for you.

For our more mature customers we have tasty, easy to prepare, meals for one and two portion meals for couples. Cooking is simple with clear instructions and our meals are designed to be cooked from frozen and can be ready in minutes in a microwave (or baked in the oven for some).

COOK use exactly the same ingredients and techniques you would at home so they look and taste homemade. A week's worth of meals for one should fit in a standard-size freezer drawer (assuming one COOK meal a day.)
