Terms & Conditions:
1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH.
2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to win. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion.
3. Transactions must meet the following criteria to qualify for entry: Transaction must contain either a COOK Turkey or a COOK Christmas Dinner Bundle (Veggie and Vegan Christmas Dinner Bundles are included). Transaction must be a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order with a delivery/collection slot no later than 7th December 2025.
4. All qualifying transactions will automatically be entered into a weekly prize draw. There will be 10 winners in total, with a winner selected every Monday from 6th October until 8th December.
5. Qualifying orders will be included in every prize draw from the date the order is placed online, until the competition closes (so the earlier you order, the more chances you have to win).
6. Winners will be awarded the full value of their order (including any delivery charges) at the time the prize draw takes place. If their order has already been fulfilled, the cost will be refunded. If their order is pending, a COOK gift card will be issued to cover the cost. Any products added to the winner's order after the prize draw has taken place will not be covered.
7. COOK does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any for a technical fault or failed electronic data transmission that fails to automatically register a qualifying purchase. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of dispatch shall not be proof of entry.
8. Minimum order levels and delivery charges apply online.
9. Winners will be contacted by email or phone. Once notified, the winner must reply within two weeks to make arrangements to receive the prize. COOK reserves the right to select another winner if contact is not made within this time.
10. The prize is awarded at COOK's discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
11. COOK may use the personal data of entrants for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, including contacting potential winner(s) by email and/or phone to arrange a refund of the cost of their initial order.
12. COOK reserves the right to announce the first name and home town of the winner in any print, emails and social media posts relating to the Competition once the prize has been claimed. If the winner is not happy for this to be shared, they can decline the prize and COOK reserves the right to select another winner.
13. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
